Young Deals – Terms & Conditions for Experiences
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and us, YOUNG Deals, governing the purchase and sale of Vouchers, Products, or Gift Cards available on our website (the “Website”).
By purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. About Us
In these terms and conditions, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to YOUNG Deals, a company specializing in curated experience-based gifting and services.

3. Formation of Agreement
We market and sell through the Website a variety of curated experiences (“Experiences”), experience-based gift products (“Products”), and digital or physical Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”).
By purchasing Vouchers, Products, or Gift Cards from YOUNG Deals, you enter into a binding agreement with us upon acceptance of your order and receipt of payment.
4. Experiences
- Specific Experience Vouchers – entitle the holder to participate in the specified experience.
- Flexible Experience Vouchers – allow the holder to choose an experience up to the stated value.
(Collectively referred to as “Experience Vouchers”.)
Experiences are fulfilled by selected third-party operators (“Operators”). YOUNG Deals facilitates the purchase only; delivery is handled by the Operators.
5. Products
- Tangible Products – physical goods shipped to the purchaser.
- Product Vouchers – redeemable for products or subscriptions.
Third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”) fulfill and deliver Product Vouchers.
The term “Vouchers” refers collectively to Experience Vouchers and Product Vouchers.
6. Gift Cards
- Gift Cards may be used to purchase Products and Vouchers.
- Gift Cards cannot be combined with discount codes.
- Gift Cards may be used with active special offers.
7. Personalised Products
Products containing customised content are classified as Personalised Products.
7.1 Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for accuracy of submitted content.
- Please verify spelling and formatting before checkout.
7.2 Image Upload Guidelines
- Accepted formats: JPEG or PNG
- Minimum recommended resolution: 1000px shortest side
- Printed at 300 DPI
- Low-resolution images are accepted but quality cannot be guaranteed
7.3 Customer Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of submitted content.
- You grant YOUNG Deals a license solely to fulfil your order.
- We may crop or adjust content for layout purposes.
- You are responsible for obtaining rights for third-party content.
- Liability for copyright claims rests with the customer.
8. Content Rules (Taste & Decency)
Personalised Products must not contain content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates laws or regulations
- Is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or misleading
- Contains personal data without consent
- Contains pornographic, discriminatory, or hateful material
- Promotes illegal activity or drugs
- Contains political references
We reserve the right to cancel orders violating these rules without refund.
9. Orders
- Orders are binding only after acceptance and payment confirmation.
- We may refuse orders due to availability, pricing errors, or payment failure.
Order Confirmation
- On-screen confirmation provided
- Email confirmation sent upon acceptance
Duplicate Orders
- Duplicates must be returned or reported immediately.
- Used duplicates may be charged.
10. Dispatch & Delivery
Physical Orders
- Dispatched after payment
- Delivery dates are estimates only
- Incorrect addresses may cause delays
Electronic Vouchers
- Delivered via email
- Check spam folder
- Report non-delivery within 21 days
11. Redeeming Vouchers
- Each Voucher has a unique serial number
- Vouchers must be presented when required
- Lost or stolen Vouchers cannot be replaced
